I love stopping in and grabbing coffee whenever Iβm on that side of town. The baristas are so friendly and always great to chat with. They give great coffee and snack suggestions! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cool spot to grab coffee and spend some quality time.

Let me start by saying that the atmosphere is an easy 5/5 stars. I really love the vibe, the service is always lovely, and seems just like a great, community oriented small business!! I used to absolutely love their Cool Sophia drink, but after my recent visit I was disappointed. The recipe for that drink has changed, and I didnβt care for it. I tried their Jack Johnson latte, and also found it to be overly sweet and artificial tasting. Also found the coffee to be a bit weak and disappointing. Unfortunately the use of premade syrups rather than making them in-house is definitely evident. Iβve been for their late night weekend events, and they make a mean espresso martini!!! I still love this place and it is absolutely worth supporting, especially for a pastry, food, or adult beverage. I personally just will not be back for the coffee.

I love Ground & Pound! I go at least once a week. My favorite drink is the matcha latte with lavender. I've also had their coffee and espresso drinks, and everything I have had is delicious. The baristas are so friendly and fun, and there is never any attitude or bad service. They have breakfast and lunch menus and breakfast pastries, all of which are yummy! Sometimes I stop in for a quick latte, and sometimes I stay for breakfast, catching up with a friend, or "working from home." You can tell the vibe when you walk in--it is laid back, approachable, and a little eclectic. While I know it is much more than a coffee house--they have trivia nights, standup comedy, and live music--I haven't been in the evening yet. I am going to make a point to go because I want to support this amazing, local, small business. Did I mention that the owner is a retired Hollywood stuntwoman? How cool is that!?!?

A fun name for a fun little coffee shop. Itβs an extremely cozy and chill atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating. But they not only have coffee, also cocktails. Some coffee-based cocktails too, for whatever way youβre feeling. I got a mocha and it was good, sweet and what I wanted. They have some movie/entertainment memorabilia all around too which is fun. If you wanted a good shop where you can sit for a while and do work or hang out, this is one of those places.

The coffee was excellent. The service was great. They have a small selection of pastries and a breakfast menu. However , I didnβt order any food. The interior seemed dark and a little drab. The atmosphere wasnβt inviting enough for me to stay on a Saturday morning. It has more of a βbarβ vibe. They do serve alcoholic beverages, so this might be intentional.
